Joshua Baraka predicts tough time for unserious artists

Singer Joshua Baraka has predicted tough times for unserious artists in the Ugandan music industry, depending on how the industry is shaping.
Joshua Baraka, who is now considered one of the artists ready to steer the industry to the next level, says the change in music and shift in sound are marking the start of a new era.

“The music and sound are changing right now. I believe that very soon things are going to be difficult for unserious artists,” Joshua Baraka explained.
He believes that artists who are still jokers are set to be kicked out of the industry by default, or they will have to up their game at all costs to fit in.
The ‘Wrong Places” singer is optimistic that the direction the music industry is taking will be the best thing to have happened to the industry in this fast-evolving technological era.
Speaking up about his creative process, Baraka noted that he always tries to be as inclusive as possible when composing his music to make his listeners feel the gist as touching and inspirational.
