Love, Tradition Meet As Grace Introduces Dixon To The Mugenyi Family

Rugendabara, Kasese District — It was a day of drums, laughter, and heartfelt tradition in Upper Rugendabara on 9th August 2026, as Mbambu Grace introduced her fiancé, Katamba Dixon Kinene, to her father, Mr. Kambale Daniel Mugenyi, in a colourful introduction ceremony that drew family, relatives, and well-wishers from near and far.

From early morning, the Mugenyi homestead buzzed with excitement as visitors streamed in, dressed in their finest, ready to witness a moment years in the making.

By midday, the compound was alive with song, laughter, and the unmistakable energy that only a Kasese introduction ceremony can bring, a true celebration of culture, family, and love.

At the heart of it all stood Grace, beaming with pride as Dixon and his delegation formally presented themselves to the Mugenyi family, honouring age-old Bakonzo customs that have bound families together for generations.

Elders looked on with approval as the two families exchanged pleasantries, gifts, and blessings, setting the stage for the next chapter in the couple’s journey together.

Grace, who is known within New Light Communications circles, has long been admired for her warmth and dedication, qualities that were on full display as she welcomed her in-laws-to-be into the family fold.
