Forever RR Legacy Van To Stop At Luweero Girls Primary School On Gulu Journey
The “Forever RR” legacy van is scheduled to stop at Luweero Girls Primary School as part of a memorial journey linked to the late Rajiv Ruparelia, before continuing towards Gulu. The planned stop connects remembrance of the rally driver with a community-support initiative at the school.
Rajiv, the son of businessman Sudhir Ruparelia, died in a road crash in May 2025. He was known in motorsport circles, and the “Forever RR” activities have been organised to preserve his memory through rally-related events and outreach work.
The Luweero visit is associated with support provided to the school by the Ruparelia Foundation. The donation included scholastic materials, sanitary pads and sports equipment, and the visiting team planted a tree in Rajiv’s memory. The supplies were intended to help pupils with their studies and encourage girls’ participation in sport.
The school visit gives the memorial journey a practical community element beyond the symbolism of the van and the route. Learning materials and menstrual hygiene products can help address everyday barriers to school participation, while sports equipment provides pupils with more opportunities to take part in physical activities.
The planned stop is part of the wider programme connected to a motorsport event in Gulu. Event timings and route arrangements should be confirmed with organisers before publication because travel logistics can change. The school-support activity and the broader memorial journey should be described distinctly: one concerns the foundation’s donation, while the other concerns the van’s route and commemorative programme.
The initiative aims to keep Rajiv’s memory connected to young people and community activities, combining the motorsport community’s tribute with practical support for learners.
