In a surprising way, the Secretary to the Office of the President, Hajji Yunus Kakande, has suspended Herbert Anderson Burora, the Deputy Kampala Resident City Commissioner in charge of Rubaga Division.

Reports suggest that the directive stemmed from President Museveni himself, who took action due to Burora’s alleged continuous undermining of the institution of parliament through his social media platform X (formerly Twitter).
