Ruthless Boss’s Wrath: 15-Year-Old Employee Brutally Killed In Alleged Theft Dispute

In a tragic turn of events in Kiyenje Village, Luwero Town Council, authorities are investigating a case of murder following the death of Patrick Kibirige, a 15-year-old resident of Kito Nakikota, Luwero Town Council. The incident occurred on Saturday, March 23, 2024, around 2 p.m.

According to Sam Twiineamazima, the Savannah Regional Police Spokesperson, the victim, Patrick Kibirige, was employed as a casual worker by Kiwanuka Senkumba, known as Kiwa, who operates an outside catering business for various functions. Senkumba allegedly suspected Kibirige of stealing 150,000 shillings.

In a disturbing sequence of events, Senkumba purportedly subjected Kibirige to severe torture, beating him before hurriedly transporting him to Luwero Hospital, where he was pronounced dead upon arrival.

Twiineamazima stated, “After the incident, the suspect also informed the mother of the deceased to go and take care of her son, whom he said was just sick and decided to run away.”

Upon receiving the distressing report, law enforcement promptly responded, conducting a thorough investigation at the scene with the assistance of a team specializing in crime scene investigation and homicide. The authorities have officially registered a case of murder.

Relevant witnesses who visited Luwero Hospital provided crucial statements, contributing to the ongoing investigation. Additionally, several pieces of evidence were recovered from the scene as authorities continue their search for the suspect.

The tragic incident has sent shockwaves through the community, prompting concerns over workplace relations and the handling of disputes. Authorities are urging anyone with pertinent information to come forward as they pursue justice for Patrick Kibirige and his grieving family.
