Intern Doctor Dr. Shamim Nambassa, recently placed in Yumbe district, took to social media to voice her concerns after three months of unpaid service.
Despite Ministry of Health commitments to pay allowances, she revealed a two-week delay, leaving her and fellow interns struggling to make ends meet. While some interns were reportedly paid, Dr. Nambassa’s case remained unresolved.
