Makerere Competent High School Missing Teacher Found Dead In His House, Police Identify What Killed Him

Kikuube: Police in Kikuube district are investigating circumstances under which an Agriculture teacher at Makerere Competent High school went missing, and later found dead in his room.
The incidence happed in Buhimba West Ward, Buhimba Town Council, Kikuube didtrict on Thursday 20th 2023, police reported.

According to police, the deceased has been identified as a 36-year- old Tukamushaba Nicholas who was teaching Agriculture at Makerere Competent High school and also a UNEB examiner.

Reports revealed to The New Light Paper by the residents, showed that the deceased was last seen on Tuesday night and from that time he has been missing until he was found dead in his room

According to police preliminary investigations, the real cause of death is still in sunspace. However, they suspect the deceased to have knocked the bed and fell on it by the head. They also suspected him to have hit his nose o the bedframe and started bleeding helplessly and there after there was a blood clot in the nose that stopped him from breathing, causing his death.

While speaking to The New Light Paper, Lieutenant Colonel Baguma Fred, the director to Makerere Competent High school grieffully regretted the sudden death of one of his staff whom he described to have been hardworking at all times. ” I regrete the death of my staff Tukamushaba Nicholas who died a sudden death, may his Saul rest in peace, Col. Baguma added.

He also praised the late for the good work he had done at his school and the county at large and said the country will miss such brave men like him.

The body was later taken to hospital for postmortem as his family was preparing for burial arrangements in Bulisa Ibanda district
