Jinja, Uganda | Xinhua | Bigger than 500 defense force personnel from Uganda and the Central African Republic (CAR) on Friday carried out a five-month joint coaching program in the japanese Ugandan metropolis of Jinja, the Ugandan defense force mentioned in a statement.
