Soroti, Uganda | THE INDEPENDENT | Mathias Mpuuga, the National Coordinator of the Democratic Front (DF), has expressed solid criticism of Ugandans for their failure to ask significant commerce. He made the remarks while addressing DF delegates in Soroti, where the birthday celebration turned into inaugurating its contemporary regional position of business for Teso.
