Lineaker Kigunddu, a young and ambitious IT professional, is set to shake up the political landscape in Mukono’s Nama sub county. With a bachelor’s degree in IT and a strong network of connections within the corridors of power, Lineaker is poised to make a meaningful impact in his community.
